Jason Endicott

One of our most veteran team members since 2002. Jason is a Lawn & Plant Health Care specialist and Home Pest Prevention specialist, providing services in the Winter Park area. Great attitude, attention to detail, and a true passion for his profession make Jason an asset for our company, your landscape, and your home. Like all of our Lawn & Plant Health Care professionals, Jason is certified in the Green Industry Best Management Practices (GI-BMP) and is a licensed Commercial Fertilizer Applicator.

Joseph Holloway

Joined the EPLS family in 2012, with years of experience under his belt. Best Management Practices certified. Joseph provides Home Pest Prevention services. To say that we are lucky to have Joseph as part of our team is an understatement. Dedicated and trustworthy, Joseph ensures we provide top notch work that both we and you can be proud of. Joseph is certified in the Green Industry Best Management Practices (GI-BMP) and is a licensed Commercial Fertilizer Applicator.

Roi Levin, M.SC., CPO
Certified Pest Control Operator
Vice President & Manager

Roi joined EPLS in 2005 following earning his Master of Science degree in Entomology and Nematology from the University of Florida. Roi is a Certified Pest Control Operator and is certified in the Green Industries Best Management Practices (GI-BMP). He is also a licensed Commercial Fertilizer Applicator. Roi provides a level of technical expertise that is uncommon in the pest management industry. He regularly offers seminars at the University of Florida Orange County Extension Office as well as at Harry P. Leu Gardens. Roi has been a guest speaker on the Better Lawns and Gardens with Tom MacCubbin radio show, Orange TV’s Central Florida Gardening television series, and Teresa Watkin’s Better Lawns and Gardens radio show.

Maurice Lampkin

Maurice joined EPLS in 2019 as a trainee for a Lawn & Plant Health Care specialist position. Very quickly, we realized that we have a true professional on our team. Respectful, attentive, and smart, Maurice quickly learned that basics of his craft. Maurice services our Lawn & Plant Health Care customers in Ocoee and Windermere. Attention to detail and eagerness to learn are two of Maurice’s best attributes. When Maurice is on your property, you can be confident that your lawn and shrubs are receiving the best care! Jeff Messer

Structural pest control expert. Jeff joined EPLS in 2017, bringing decades of pest control experience with him. Jeff is veteran of the United States Army. In his free time, Jeff enjoys raising money for charity and childrens’ endowment. He is very proud of his daughter, who recently earned her doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. Jeff enjoys his profession. We very much appreciate his commitment, and you will certainly appreciate his smiling face and exceptional service.

Kelvin Carter

Lawn & Plant Health Care specialist. Kelvin joined our team in 2017, bringing with him a wealth of experience with many years in the pest control industry. He quickly picked up our service philosophy and treatment strategies. He provides Lawn & Plant Health Care services primarily in Windermere and Clermont. Like all of our Lawn & Plant Health Care professionals, Kelvin is certified in the Green Industry Best Management Practices (GI-BMP) and is a licensed Commercial Fertilizer Applicator. You will appreciate Kelvin’s diligence and attention to detail when working on your property. We certainly feel fortunate to have him on our team.

Lawn & Plant Health Care specialist. Matt jointed our team in 2020 with many years of experience. Matt is a hard worker and very passionate about his job and the pest control industry. His service territory includes portions of Apopka, Altamonte Springs, and Winter Park. Josh Warner

Lawn & Plant Health Care specialist. Josh joined EPLS 2019. He has been involved in the pest management industry since 2013. Josh is very passionate about his work, and the results show! He even has insect tattoos on his arm (just ask him – he’ll show you!). Dave Witt

Since 1999 Dave has provided unparalleled Home & Office Pest Prevention as well as Lawn & Plant Health Care services. Best Management Practices certified. Dave is responsible for a large service area including Metro Orlando, Conway, Hunter’s Creek, Winter Park, and Windermere. Dave is a Palm and Cycad expert, an excellent horticulturist, and expert structural pest control technician. Like all of our Lawn & Plant Health Care professionals, Dave is certified in the Green Industry Best Management Practices (GI-BMP) and is a licensed Commercial Fertilizer Applicator. We are very fortunate to have a man of Dave’s caliber working with us.

Joined the EPLS team in 2023, with many years of both commercial and residential Lawn & Plant Health Care experience under his belt. Angel is hard-working, polite, and dedicated. A man of Angel’s caliber is difficult to come by and we are extremely fortunate to have him on our team. Joined the EPLS team in 2024. Shannon is a veteran of the industry since 2005 and is well-versed in lawn & plant health care. In Memoriam – Mark Finn, CPO

Mark passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 following his two-years battle with cancer. Mark was a great friend and we miss him dearly. He was a veteran team member since 2007. Mark was a certified Pest Control Operator and also was certified in Best Management Practices. He provided Lawn & Plant Health Care services in Altamonte Springs, Longwood and Ocoee. Drawing from many years in the lawn and pest management industry, Mark provided quality service with passion and pride.
